Turn Around Time (TAT)

Turn around time for any made to size or color items is 7-10 business days. Ready to ship items will ship within 2-3 business days. Please let me know if you need an item by a certain date, and I will work with you.

Return Policy

Just Bobbin Along is not responsible for items damaged or lost by the postal service. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ask for shipping insurance, if desired. Un-shipped (non-custom) items are eligible for full refunds. If you have a problem with your item, you must contact me within 10 days of receipt/delivery. Returns are not accepted for personal hygiene items (ex. face masks), custom, and personalized orders.

Delivery Policy

Pre-made items will ship within 3 business days. Any custom or made to order items will take longer and the listing should give you an expected time frame. Once your package is mailed, Just Bobbin Along cannot be held responsible for it. All packages are shipped via USPS and will have a tracking number. If you would like to add insurance to your package to protect against loss or damage, please let me know and I will send you an invoice for the additional fee. I will not issue a credit for any packages returned to me, and I will charge additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses. Please make sure your address is updated and current as we are not responsible for lost packages once we ship to your address. **At this time, we are only shipping within the US.**

Payment Policy

We accept PayPal. Items will not ship until payment has cleared.

Please be sure that your ADDRESS on PayPal is correct BEFORE submitting payment through PayPal. If you need your items shipped to an address other than what is registered in PayPal, please contact me before purchasing.
